I wrote this song, Good, Better, Bes', to inspire the younger generation and the young at heart to always strive to be their best self. Many of the words of the song are from memory gems that we said as kids, and which have helped to mold me into the person I have become. Also, I included the faith based teaching and the encouragement to "study our books/An' burn the midnight lamp." Enjoy!
