I wrote this song, I'll Stand By You, in response to the human rights crisis of racism., especially anti black racism. As a woman of black ancestry, I want to provide healing to my people and everyone who have ever been oppressed or face discrimination. "I won't turn a blind eye at the things they do to you. A defender I'll be. May your tears turn to laughter...I'll Stand By You!"
